Android Keep alerting does not stop on notification action click

🐞 Describe the bug

When the Keep alerting for highest notification setting is set to Keep alerting, you have to dismiss the notification for the sound to stop.
However, if the notification contains an action button, and you click it, the notification is dismissed, action is launched, but the alert alarm doesn't stop...

To stop it I have to either receive and properly dismiss another notification, or disable ntfy notification permission.
