Add custom accessibility actions in the Android app

💡 Idea

Add custom accessibility actions in the notifications view of a topic so that people using screen readers can easily delete the notifications. For now they first long press and have to find the delete button but with this accessibility action added they will just have to swipe up or down and just double tap. Also, it would be great if there could be actions in the topics menu so that talkback users could directly mute the topic, copy the URL and unsubscribe from the topic..
