When one drags an output to empty space, the list of compatible nodes is no longer provided (wrt behave-flow)

i did analyze the issue earlier, it looks like when you release the click after dragging,
you also click on the graph panel

so on drag release opens the picker

and on pane click closes it immediately thereafter

and you end up with no node picker
