Awesome project!
It would be nice, if the favicon would have a shape, or a different color.
Maybe one should be able to set their own favicon?
For me it is hard to differentiate between green and red, which Is why I would love that feature.
Also it would be awesome, if the colorscheme would be colorblind friendly.

I suggest a Hook and a Cross for success and failure.
This would help me immensely to recognize the status.
If you want to go further, it would help if you adjust the colors:
palette
"#E69F00" Orange for failure
"#56B4E9" Blue for success
And maybe something like the fontawesome glyphs as favicons:
