1st arg is projectile ID, then either 3rd is the damages table, or 3rd/4th are the damages key and value respectively. What about the 2nd?
Looks like no game uses this so I couldn't find actual use examples to check what they pass as the 2nd, but maybe this is good because it means the args can be safely shifted.
