HttpDownloader does not obey the "--disable-logging" parameter

Commit 97e141a "Try to make curl really verbose for dem debuggings, revert this when done" added the CURLOPT_VERBOSE option in two places.

Then commit b92f4c0 added the CURLSSLOPT_NO_REVOKE option also in these two places.

Finally commit c2e777b "Remove the verbosity, but keep the CURLOPT_SSL_OPTIONS CURLSSLOPT_NO_REVOKE" removed the CURLOPT_VERBOSE option in one place only, and removed the CURLSSLOPT_NO_REVOKE option in the other place instead.

Consequently Curl verbose mode is still active in one place and generates a lot of debug messages, even when the --disable-logging parameter is provided.
