Difference between CSR_TGO_X and __bsg_grp_org_x?

Hi, should CSR_TGO_X and __bsg_grp_org_x always have the same value after initialization? i.e. is CSR_TGO_X a hardware copy of the __bsg_grp_org_x symbol? Happy to add to the docs, just trying to understand the usage
