Upcoming Ember Octane won't have any jQuery dependency. We need to align this addon for Ember 2018 Roadmap. This is the only addon I use that has a jQuery dependency.

Any thoughts?

@musaffa That sounds like a good idea! What do you think about ember-fetch? The backlog of OSS work I have at the moment is quite long. I'd be happy to review any PR's but can't start anything new until I move some things off the list.

ember-fetch is the ideal choice. I'll try to come up with a PR.
