Smart handling of Singles and Duplicates

From the sources I download, singles get their own folders like albums like GENRE/ARTIST/ALBUM, so I would like to move them up one folder if they are sitting there alone.
During that, or maybe through all singletons, I want to check whether there are duplicates.
Sometimes albums of artists I listen to contain a song in multiple albums, so those should be kept - but if one album fully duplicates another or is a subset (for example https://www.qobuz.com/de-de/album/better-off-riell/rt17f0oeo576b is a subset of Riell - Winter), or a singleton is also contained in an album, it shall be deleted.
