What do you use for streaming music?

Hi all!

Overall the past decade or so, I've moved from many hosting services. From Subsonic, to Google Play, to Airsonic, and now to gonic. All of which is maintained by beets 😄

I use this Material Airsonic app for web and DSub for Android.

I've been contemplating trying out Plex as I use it to host shows and movies for me, so why not music?

I'm curious if Plex would start to play around with my library or does it just host? I'm weary that it will start to update metadata or tags that I don't want it to. Anyone have any success with it?
