Bug Description

When running /whois on the bot itself, the behaviour should show the whois information for the bot, not the user that ran it.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

  1. Start a DM with cafeBot.
  2. Run /whois @cafeBot.

Expected Behaviour

It should show the account information for cafeBot itself.
