Only ever maxes out temperature of light

I have assigned 3 lights (2 Illuminize LED controllers and 1 IKEA bulb; all with adjustable light temperature) via the GUI. I literally didn't touch anything else.

Now, when I turn the lights on, I would expect the temperature to adjust based on the time of day. But nothing seems to happen. So I changed the upper range of light temperature to 2200 (meaning the scale should be between 2000-2200). Then I turn on the lights... no change, Temperature gets maxed out. It's not like it doesn't do anything, it does change the temperature, it's just always to max value.

I suspected this may be some weirdness with my LED controllers, since they only show range of temperature of 0-450, but my IKEA bulb (which I would expect to be more compatible) has the same scale and behaves the exact same.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...
