Max length option

Would be nice to have a setting for the max character length. We have a question that has a 500 character length limit for a response by the user but its tough to enforce that with all the html in the underlying text

Yeah, that’s a subtle one, once HTML gets involved, ‘length’ stops being a simple count. Figured I’d surface it since it seems like one of those deceptively small details.
