Empty rich_text_areas

I have a rather peculiar issue - leaving me with empty rich_text_areas like these:

I do an ordinary GET "/ended-2/albums/964/photos/new" to get there. If I do nothing but reload using Cmd-R (or whatever your browser will understand) - this is what I see:

If there is content in the first field (description in this example) it seems that following fields will show whether they have any content or not - and vice versa: if the first field do not have content, following fields will not show, content or not.
