Plugin Name

github-* plugins

🔖 Feature description

Would it make sense to consolidate all the GitHub plugins into a single workspace? The means we could add a single example App with them all setup and Adopters would be able to see end-to-end usage of all the GitHub plugins together. It would also make maintain them a bit easier as they would be all in one workspace.

🎤 Context

While doing the version bump process it came to me that it might be nicer to have these all in one workspace.

✌️ Possible Implementation

This would simple be moving them into a new workspaces, possibly called github-plugins or just github, but they would all keep their current names so there would be no impact to those using the plugins.
