I will have a solution ready for you asap.

First step is to prepare a build that has the feature that will enable you to work with the repo. You can already test with this version - https://github.com/buildingsmart-private/IfcDoc/releases (use the latest pre-release 12.4).

Second step THC will host an updated version at some time in the future. Planned is this month.
