Make browser auto-reload when saving related files, not just the XML #11

When saving a HSS file that was linked in an XML file, the browser doesn't auto reload. This should happen for JS files too in the future.

Event handling deserves it's own issue too, since this is a big topic, and will need some planning and discussion.
