Run "homebrew install" for linux-only formulas in CI. #1525

Filing this because I have to take a shortcut in #1499.

Right now we only test macbrew, but dist is able to generate linuxbrew formulas (same thing different targets). It would probably be easy to run linuxbrew in CI so we should.
