Run examples code and generate pem

openssl req -x509 -newkey rsa:4096 -keyout key.pem -out cert.pem -days 365 -nodes -subj "/CN=localhost"

use this pems run this example:
https://github.com/aws/s2n-quic/tree/main/examples/rustls-provider
