Problem

When creating a connection to a redshift database, and selecting the connection option "secretsmanager", only 10 secrets are shown to be searchable in the dialog box.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Configure with profile
  2. Browse to Region > Redshift > Find Redshift Database
  3. Click "click to connect"
  4. Select "AWS Secrets Manager"
  5. Enter database name

On the secret selection window, only 10 secrets are listed; searching for an unlisted secret is not possible even if it is typed manually.

Expected behavior

All secrets which are available via the regular CLI should be usable within the extension.
