[aws_common] Update mime dependency

Upgrade mime from ^1.0.0 to ^2.0.0

Because amplify_flutter >=2.4.1 depends on aws_common ^0.7.3 which depends on mime ^1.0.0, amplify_flutter >=2.4.1 requires mime ^1.0.0.
So, because my_app depends on both amplify_flutter ^2.4.1 and mime ^2.0.0, version solving failed.
