Badge as select on Edit view

When we want to use a badge field, we usually add another select field just for the user to be able to select a value on the Edit view, and we use the hide_on: :forms option on select to hide it on forms.

Let's make badge have a simple select on the Edit views. Nothing fancy, no searchable or anything like that, but show the values that are possible.
