TeamViewer.pkg fails when trying to obtain the version string #31

The failure happens when trying to unpack the Payload of an embedded package named TeamViewerApp.pkg to obtain the version from the app inside. This is done using the PkgPayloadUnpacker processor.

ditto fails to extract the Payload. I confirmed this at the command line. pkgutil --expand-full also fails. The Install TeamViewer.pkg bundle pkg which contains that embedded TeamViewerApp.pkg package does install successfully though, so it's only the version-seeking that fails.

Sorry, I don't have a solution at present! Maybe we just need to wait for the next version.

You can try io.github.hjuutilainen.pkg.TeamViewer I had the same problem and came across this now.
