A vignette for continuous outcomes and SMD as the outcome

Dear Audrey,

I'd like to ask for a vignette for an NMA for continuous outcomes. It would be really helpful for people with little programming experience. Secondly, I'd greatly appreciate if BUGSnet supported SMD as the outcome for its nma.model function. For me personally, it is the biggest obstacle for using BUGSnet in my research, and I'd love to use it since it's such a great piece of software.
