it would be great if it would possible to check a checkbox in the previewpane and get this checked items also in the markdownfile.
So that I can check my toDO lists directly in the previewpane.
Cheers

I guess it would be, in some sense. Maybe it's even possible, but at the first glance, it will be rather convoluted no matter what. My main concern is this sounds rather out-of-scope for a preview package. Especially since we're trying to get away from the whole WYSIWYG thing.
I won't deny it outright, but this request is going to be very low on the priority list. As always, pull requests welcome (although I should note that maintainability is the primary concern, so brittle code is inadvisable)
Thanks for the suggestion though, we do appreciate the feedback.
I understand your position about that my insertation is a out-of-scope for a preview package.
But I see a tool not out of the conceptional view but as I use it and how can it make my workflow better. Especially since we're trying to get away from the whole WYSIWYG thing.
Off course, thats why markdown exist :). But a clickable list (todo-list) is a little a bit special situation.
And I understand that this suggestion have not a primary concern. I come up with this and thought it could be a good idea :).
Best,
Jan
