We should expose metrics for tracking usage of the library internals for easier debugging and more visibility. Ideas for such metrics include

Number of UnitOfWork instances active and in the pool
Number of concurrent queries held in the Fluss.HotChocolate live-query middleware
Size of the different caches (Events, EventListeners, Selectors)
