Describe the bug
Whenever I attempt to Authenticate with my company's (Epsilon/Publicis) Jira server (Custom site) it fails with this error:

Authentication error

Error authenticating with Jira: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400

I enter the URL: https://jira.cnvrmedia.net/ (which is only accessible from my company's network/VPN) and the personal access token I generated and get the error every time. This has NEVER worked :(

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Atlassian Settings
  2. Click on ADD CUSTOM JIRA SITE
  3. Attempt to add the Publicis/Epsilon site (from within the Publicis/Epsilon network/VPN)
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The plugin should connect to the JIRA server

@naris Thanks for raising this.

Couple of questions if you don't mind:

  1. Do you know what version of JIRA DC you are running on?
  2. Are you using a local environment for your VSCode or running through a Remote Development environment (eg: CodeSpaces, Project IDX ... etc)
