Selected labels difficult to read in light themes

Describe the bug
Selected labels are difficult or impossible to read in light themes. For example, in the Light (Visual Studio) theme you can read the labels when you click the dropdown where it's dark text on a light background, but after you select the label it's dark text on a dark background making it difficult to read. Other themes such as Github Light theme are nearly impossible to read.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open VS Code.
2. Install the Jira extension and login.
3. Open a Jira issue.
4. Click the labels dropdown and select a label.

I expect the label to match the colors of the theme such that it's able to be read easily.
