A pretty simple task for someone acquainted with Markdown.

The resources section in the README can do with some markdown fixes.

Also, the README is "infested" with HTML tags used for creating the hyperlinks between sections. This should be replaced by something that uses just markdown like this

Also would suggest adding some label to this issue.
