I'm pleased to see our increased focus on the conference website. As someone with interest in both design and development, I'm eager to contribute. what might be timeline or a specific dates for now? cc @AceTheCreator. I believe design parts need to be finish first. let discuss this in the design meeting if we have one plan cc @Mayaleeeee |

While I like some of the ideas shared here, please remember AsyncAPI Conference is community centric not some commercial conference etc. Please make sure to do proper research based on previous events. Your suggestions must also justify why we need this change and how it'll benefit the community. |

I would like to share some thoughts regarding the redesign of the conference website: Navbar Enhancements:Currently, the "About," "Speaker," "Ticket," and "Sponsors" sections in the navbar are not standalone routes but are instead part of the main page. This structure is not ideal. We could create a dedicated home page with minimal scrolling (approximately 2-3 sections down), featuring highlights such as the sponsors and a glimpse of ongoing speaker sessions, along with a button directing users to the full speaker page. Additionally, we can introduce a dedicated "Speakers" route that categorizes speakers based on location. To improve the user experience, the speaker page design should eliminate excessive scrolling. Instead, we can showcase all speakers on a single page with a redesign of the speaker cards to make them more compact and visually appealing. Resource Hub in the Navbar:To enhance usability, we should include a visual indicator (e.g., an external link icon) to inform users when links will take them to an external page. Shifting Speaker Information to the Venue Section:Speaker details are more relevant under the "Venue" section rather than the homepage. As a participant, the primary interest would be in the speakers specific to the sessions they are attending. This shift would make the information more accessible and contextually appropriate. Redesigning the Sponsor Section:The sponsor section could benefit from a design refresh, particularly with an updated color palette to improve visual appeal and better align with the overall website aesthetic. |

Last year was an incredible year for AsyncAPI, marked by numerous achievements, including the successful AsyncAPI Conference on Tour. A key factor in its success was the invaluable contribution of the conference website, which played an incredible role in bringing everything together seamlessly. This success wouldn’t have been possible without your unwavering support, whether through bug fixes, enhancements, or submitting issues. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making the conference website a cornerstone of the 2025 conference’s success!
We are sooooo back again this year for the 2025 edition of the AsyncAPI conference and we need to prepare the website to cater for the needs of the 2025 edition. Below i've highlighted a couple of changes and improvements needed for the conference website.
