This is item 9 from the SMP for this codebase, written by @EmiliaJarochowska:

Perhaps it is somewhat clearer when a few more words are used: "How does the license of this codebase match with the licenses of its dependencies?"

The license of this codebase (marlpde) is Apache 2.0.
The licenses of the libraries that marlpde uses need to be investigated.

So it is not so much about the "how".....I mean it is just listing the licenses of all of marlpde's dependencies and then studying them to see if there are any conflicts or issues that may arise from their combined use and the Apache 2.0 license.
