[DOC] Provide Screen Recorder Example

Hello, I've been trying to figure out astiav for a while now, I was wondering if it's possible to provide a example to capture the screen using github.com/kbinani/screenshot from a image.RGBA to a file (io.Writer).

It would be very helpful :)

Edit: Mostly the important part being how to properly convert a *image.RGBA / *image.RGB to a *astiav.Frame
