Make notifications show distance between user and snapbot #4

We want notifications to look something like "Snapbot near Los Angeles, CA. That is 1,000 miles away"

Bonus would be to filter notifications based on distance; e.g. only receive notifications if the snapbot is less than 50 miles away.
