Updating a keyset that's mid pull request

A user might create a pull request, and then the next realize they forgot something. If they try the command they used yesterday, it'll fail at the end because their PR is still open. We need to tell them to rerun AIT as a regular submit to their own fork, or better yet, do it automatically.
Should also allow them to update the PR body/title.
