btop fails to compile on Red Hat 7.9.

I would like to be able to compile btop on Red Hat 7.9.

When I try to compile btop on Red Hat 7, I get an error:

I was able to install devtoolset-7 on Red Hat 7, but I'm guessing that is not enough.
