[FEATURE]: If LSPs are disabled, do not display them in the sidebar. #185

Describe the enhancement you want to request
Currently, even if the user has disabled all LSP servers using an opencode.json configuration file that includes the following:
"lsp": false,
... the sidebar will nonetheless include content as shown below.
LSP
LSPs have been disabled in settings
This is not useful information that just takes up space that could be better used by other content. Thus, if LSPs have been disabled, then the sidebar SHOULD NOT display them at all.
