ArgoCD slow to refresh

Hello.

I'm running the latest community Helm chart which deploys ArgoCD 2.2.5 on a 4-node Tanzu k8s cluster using Kubernetes 1.20 with around 20 apps at the moment.
Almost anytime I'm doing work on the cluster like syncing an app with 3 configmaps the UI doesn't refresh and even the refresh button gets stuck when clicked.
However when I click on sync and press F5 I immediately see the updated state.

I guess this is related to the application controller? I've been going through the docs and the config parameters but haven't found anything useful. Help is really appreciated to save my poor F5 key.

Any update about this ? We are experiencing the same issue. It may be a duplicate from this issue.

There is enough RAM, CPU, disk space, and we tried multiplying the number of replicas of the controller and the server pods by 4 just to see if it helps, but not at all.
