[FEATURE][UI] Metadata filter show counts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It used to be that we could see how many records had a certain metadata value in the filter dropdown.
Would be a huge quality of life improvement if we could show those counts again
(I'm okay with approx values if exact count query op is slow to perform)

Describe alternatives you've considered
SDK.. but it is the teams that don't know code that want those numbers 😢
