The export/import is already planned, and as for the list of specializations existing in the model, yes you're right it is not easy to see it "at a glance". I'm open if you've got some ideas on how to present them.
regarding the Archimate profile, yes my aim is to implement them and the name is linked to the history of the plugin, but it may be a good idea to distinguish them.

The interface is great to create element specialization, however no easy way to do the following:
Suggestion: put such feature in the model specilization tab. Use current tab as creator/editor of a single specialization
NB: a set of specialization starts to be close of a Archimate profile. Maybe call it Profile management
