Aptos Documentation Issue

Right now the docs require a bunch of secrets to run locally. This is a blocker for community members to update the docs properly. We should fix this so there is no dependency on any local secrets, or that they can be generated on the fly.

I think the faucet is the only thing needing secrets (for firebase). The faucet page fails somewhat gracefully if you don't have the secrets in the env file (you just get an error message). Though I think we can refine the readme and add a script to copy .env.example to .env to make setup easier.

hmm I actually ran this on a new computer and didn't seem to have any issues (though it for some reason makes my windows pc at my desk restart after a bit)

So, it's possible i'm just wrong here
