Can't start - While settuping and after setup

On the setup, next line to "Starting up..." was
Failed to transfer custom cogs to custom_cogs folder. Error: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)
After that, an enclosed box-like message with my name, anonymous and stuff. After the last row of "---"
there are multiple errors. Tried some commands on discord, none worked.
