Can't update and bot won't start

I try to update the bot, but it throws errors?? Whenever I try to start it, it keeps asking if I want to update even if I said y the previous time.

Then, I can't even start the bot?

I followed all the instructions. I installed Python, the git thing, XCode and ran the requirements.txt command if there were errors. I don't know what I'm doing wrong... please help.

Make sure you are using Python 3.6.5 and the PATH
