Log history improvement

The log history could be improved a bit, in my opinion.
These features would be lovely:

• Cleans up the actual command input
• Cleans up the question if you wanna output it in the channel and the response
• Splits up the output into multiple messages if it exceeds the discord character limit
• Can be remote executed from a different channel
• Has a webhook setting for output
• Has a source channel parameter
• Has a target channel parameter ( as alternative for the webhook )

Since this command is very handy quite often, I'd love to see it improved.
