If switch the tab while loading the chat history, it will not be sometimes displayed correctly.

Before streaming: Response is not displayed

Tried to debug the issue, but didn't find the reason. I think it relates somehow to the fact the Chat is remounted when IDE layout is changed. The bug is not critical, so I move it to backlog until we extract the chat from Anvil
