[Feature] Delta-Importer config generation wizard

It would be super nice if there was a button on the providers page that allowed the user to generate configuration for Delta-Importer through a guided wizard. (potentially even provide with a fully custom set-up script generated too) that they can pass to replicating SP's to set up their end of the deal-import .

Pending self-service updates to delta-importer then we can discuss the best approach
