Minimal reproduce step

Run LogStoreE2eTest several times and it will occasionally occur.

Test passes flawlessly.

I'm not quite familiar with Flink. I only discovered this issue through the GitHub Actions auto-triggered with PR. If I re-trigger the actions there's a rough chance that they will pass.

I'll try to investigate more if I had the chance.
