Bug description

[Expected behavior] and [actual behavior].

select date_format('2024-12-29 20:55:30', 'YYYY-MM-dd HH:00:00'),  date_format('2024-12-29 20:55:30', 'YYYY-MM-dd HH:00:00') = '2024-12-29 20:00:00'

the comparision result is false in vanilla, but true in gluten.
