Hi there I was looking through the how to contribute page here: https://hudi.apache.org/contribute/how-to-contribute and it has the following link https://github.com/apache/hudi/issues?q=state%3Aopen%20label%3Agood-first-issues, I do not see any :( in the link could you please update the link so that new developers can pickup good new issues

Thanks a lot does the assignment happen automatically or do we have to comment on tasks, also could you update the link in the documentation?

Try commenting on the task, someone should help yo assign the issue to U after.

If not, can ping one of the committers on slack and let them know to assign an issue to you.

If the URL doesn't work, you can manually try filter for good first issue via the web UI.

Hi @voonhous not on slack I think you need to add a sync. I am not sure if the developer sync still happens, hope it still does
