[Feature Request]: add a new mail server metadata type

What would you like to happen?

The same mail server settings have to be repeated in

• email messages input transform
• mail transform
• get mails (pop3/imap) action
• mail action

A new "mail server" metadata type can hold these server settings and let the various plugins reuse these settings without the need to specify them over and over again.

this is the list of options in the various actions/transforms. I suggest to move these into a single plugins/tech/mail folder and unifying as much of the code as possible. will require quite a bit of attention for backwards compatibility though.
