UI - Authentication flow not working with httpOnly cookies

Follow up of #49495

As mentioned in the linked issue, httpOnly SSO cookies or simply having a stricter policy for httpOnly (proxy enhancement) will break the UI authentication flow.

This is currently being discussed by the team and we will update it once we find the best way to move forward.
